Shipping policy

  • We strive to ship Available Wares within 7 days of your order being placed. Made to Order items may take up to 8 weeks to be fulfilled.

  • We ship domestically via USPS, and internationally via DHL and USPS. Once your order is with the carrier, please check the tracking information for updates on your package. We cannot be responsible for the movement of your package or for carrier or customs delays.

  • For international orders, taxes and duties are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
  • Your order is shipped in a plain box with a discreet company name for the return address.

  • Order combinations: We do our best to combine orders placed within the same shipping cycle, but cannot guarantee that we will do this by default. To help us ensure we combine your orders, you can contact us. Please also reach out to us ASAP if you do not wish for your orders to be combined. In both instances, be sure to include your order numbers and the email address that your order was placed under.

  • As of August 2025, we are offering limited international shipping. We are hoping to expand to further locations as we familiarize ourselves with the process. We cannot currently ship to countries within the EU, and will not ship to any location where adult toys are not legal.

  • You may receive several automated emails or notifications from our shop during your order fulfillment process.

  • Shipping costs are automatically estimated based on the total weight of the purchased items and packaging. Some customers may receive partial shipping refunds as we package orders if we determine they were overcharged by the shipping estimate.
